Skedaddle Shuttles is a privately operated shuttle service owned and managed by
Juan de Jager, trading as a sole proprietor in Pretoria East, South Africa.

1. Services

Skedaddle Shuttles provides private shuttle transport for individuals and small groups within Pretoria and surrounding areas, including airport transfers to and from O.R. Tambo International Airport and Lanseria International Airport.

Additional services include VIP transport, business travel, events, weddings, matric farewells, and custom trips upon request.


2. Pricing

  • Standard airport transfer rate: R590.00 per one-way trip from Pretoria East to O.R. Tambo or Lanseria Airport.
  • Trips booked prior to any price increase will be honoured at the agreed rate.
  • Trips outside Pretoria East are subject to custom pricing based on distance and time.
  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, phone, email, or the website: www.skedaddleshuttles.co.za
  • All bookings are only confirmed once acknowledged by Skedaddle Shuttles.
  • Payment methods: Cash, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or card (in-vehicle facility).
  • Full payment is due upon completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
  • Skedaddle Shuttles reserves the right to request upfront payment for certain bookings.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted fare is required in advance for any trip exceeding 50 km.
  • Bookings for such trips will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • Failure to pay the required deposit may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
  • This policy is in place to cover travel costs and time in the event of cancellations.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to be available at the agreed pickup time without communication will be considered a no-show, and the full fare may be charged.
  • Late arrivals by the passenger may impact the trip and are not the responsibility of Skedaddle Shuttles.

5. Waiting Time

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for standard pickups.
  • Additional waiting time may be charged at the driver’s discretion.
  • For airport pickups, reasonable delays due to flight changes will be accommodated where possible.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully at all times.
Skedaddle Shuttles reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger is:

  • Intoxicated to the extent of risk
  • Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe
  • Damaging the vehicle

Any damages caused by a passenger will be for the passenger’s account.


7. Luggage

  • Passengers must inform Skedaddle Shuttles in advance of excessive or oversized luggage.
  • The service reserves the right to refuse luggage that cannot be safely accommodated.

8. Indemnity & Liability

All passengers use the service at their own risk.

Skedaddle Shuttles, its owner, and driver shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, damage, or death during or related to transport
  • Delays, missed flights, or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues beyond reasonable control

While every effort is made to ensure punctuality and safety, no guarantees are made regarding arrival times.

By booking the service, the passenger agrees to these terms and indemnifies Skedaddle Shuttles against any claims.


9. Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and used strictly for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes.


10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on your website or upon request.
